Refund Guidelines
As a company, we are committed to our customers, and in this context, we have established the following refund guidelines:
Digital Course Refunds
You may request a full refund of your digital product within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided less than [10-20%] of the product has been consumed/used.
If fully accessed or more than the indicated threshold amount of material was consumed/used, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Physical Product Returns
Physical product returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. Physical products must be in the original packaging, not used or damaged; if they meet these criteria, you will be eligible for a refund after the return has been received by us, inspected, and found to be in the condition listed above. Refunds will be made less any shipping charges (if any) after processing of returned product (s).
Requesting a Return
To return any digital or physical items, please send a message to support@theautismplanet.com stating your order number and reason for returning in the message body. You should receive a response to your refund request through email no later than 7 business days from the day you emailed us with this information.
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed courses returned more than the allowed timeframe.
- Customized items that cannot be resold.
- Items being returned over 30 days after they were delivered.
