I joined the course to prepare for my daughter’s puberty phase despite her young age, following the valuable advice and guidance of Ms. Yelda, who emphasized that early awareness is key. The content was rich and highly relatable, and I came out with countless benefits that completely shifted many of my previous beliefs and perspectives.
